The organizational competence is shockingly low. The standards for hiring appear to be non-existent, and as a result, the teams are consistently staffed with incompetent individuals. If you are a high-performer, you will spend all your time frantically cleaning up the mistakes of others, with zero recognition for your efforts. There is no room for actual career growth here. You are actively punished for trying to introduce efficiency or modern processes because they conflict with the archaic, and toxic way things are run.
