      Flexible work hours, company provides food every Monday and great incentives for employees. Open door policy for entire management and employees.

      You would have to work customer relations in order to get a raise.

      Pros

      Training was great, beyond that lack of pretty much everything else.

      Cons

      Lack of support from coworkers, supervisors and management. Especially those who have been there for a while. One supervisor called me and talked over me the whole time, then said it’s there okay sweetie okay bye. Constant reminders of how bad you’re doing, “you got an 89% but we need more!” “You did great getting a 95% but let’s strive for 102”. The schedule adherence is a joke. The people who call in are outrageous, I’ve been cursed at, yelled at and called dumb. Pay is laughbable
