Pros

Upper management is clueless on the activities of their employees, and since the job is so slow, boring and tedious, everyone can surf the internet and text on their phones all day long (to find a new job!)

Cons

For a staffing company like Verify to be going bankrupt in the current booming economy is evidence of the extremely poor management. Verify has been losing money for the past 5 years, have had many re-organizations and is still losing money and laying off employees and reducing services. Customers and contractors have been leaving because of Verify's poor service. The employees are belittled and berated for not meeting unrealistic goals and then fired; it's like a revolving door.

All around horrible company

Met a few great people

Cons

Low pay, no flexibility, absolutely horrible leadership, dishonest managers, some very childish and immature employees. Leaving this company was the best choice I made for my life. Each day was like being in prison. Company is very behind the times.

Not a good company to work for, behind with the times!

Pros

Meet some nice people.

Cons

Horrible pay for external and internal employees. Inexperienced supervisors and employees. Policies and procedures need to be updated. Education and training for internal databases is needed, along with cross training. Hire experience people to handle recruitment, including recruitment managers. Too many departments handle candidates that they get lost in the workflow. Adhere to CA laws when it is best for them but not overall, like vacation time, etc.
