Integrity is one of our five core values at Verint, and it’s something our people live and breathe – helping to nurture a real culture of trust for both our teams and customers. We do have a quarterly ‘all-hands’ meeting where the Verint leadership team communicates key information and invites questions. That said, we agree that some employees can find remote working more challenging than others, especially for new starters who have been unfamiliar with hybrid or remote working. As part of our solution, one of the new initiatives we’re introducing soon is a buddy scheme.
