      Pros

      Verint Systems has definitely improved over the years, and has come along way. The people are great to work with and the dynamics of the office and its people work really well. The facilities, amenities of the Sydney office are amazing. Verint organizes many events and fun activities throughout each month, which makes coming into the office exciting as there is always some sort of surprise for everyone to enjoy, or take part in. There is always fruit and snacks available to us, along with new and different foods to try. Everyone is extremely helpful and supportive, including Management, it truly is a really special and unique place to work, and an enjoyable place to come into. We even get to enjoy once a month dogs in the office!!

      Cons

      as with getting anywhere in Sydney on public transport, sometimes getting to the office can prove difficult. but that's Sydney all over!

      Pros

      Fast moving, innovative & I feel empowered and supported... real family feel and I get to work with really nice, friendly, smart people. Fabulous benefits package and a great hybrid work environment, people like to have fun with a new office, lots of social gatherings , fruit & snacks, often lunches & afternoon nibbles available.

      Cons

      can't wait for the new metro line to open up that will be right by our office :)

      Pros

      Fun place to work, lots of cool and fun people to work with. Cool offices. Lots of monetary benefits. Better health insurance than other companies (told by colleagues who've worked in more companies)

      Cons

      If you join as someone with less than 3-5 years of working experience here you won't get good increment unless you're absolutely exceptional. Or atleast in the Bangalore office.
