Pros

I've worked at Veritiv for nearly 2 years, and I've had nothing short of a very fulfilling experience. The company, as a whole, offers great work-life balance, and my personal growth has always been encouraged. I'm very lucky to be part of a team with a very supporting boss and team members, and I have been given a very good level of exposure within the senior teams of the organization.

Cons

The recent reorganization is going to take some time to settle down within the teams, but until then, we need to stay positive and keep doing our work!

Pros

There are significant amount of coworkers that have great intentions. Relaxed work environment. Good benefits and compensation.

Cons

Poor leadership by management Outdated computer systems and processes Lack of proper training for the industry Constantly changing business practices which only slows down work. If you are a recent graduate, stay away.

Terrible Upper Management and Decisions

Pros

-Decent salary -Merit Increase every year -Fellow designers and coworkers are amazing people

Cons

-Upper management is in disarray and constantly shifting and changing roles -Constant 'band-aid' fixes to problems and issues. -No push-back on sales reps. -If you want to advance in the company, expect to lose any semblance of work-life balance (despite them promoting it). -Wasteful spending on equipment that doesn't get used. -They don't show their employees that they are valued.
