      Good team to work with. Pay scale is good. Benefits are good. Turn over in staff is low. Pension is fair

      So many changes, no communication, lack of leadership skills. Management not available when decisions need to be made. Lack of communicating between departments

      Great co-workers that are there to help you even if it's just for a shoulder to cry on as you're getting yelled at from multiple departments.

      Cons

      Everything else! This is a soul sucking place filled with false promises of advancement, this position DOES NOT get you where you want to be, DOES NOT give you experience for anything else this position WILL steal years from your life with little to nothing in return! Do yourself a favor and stay away!!!
