Appear to be headed in the wrong direction. Some areas may look good on paper, but there are serious concerns with no working plan or good leadership to pull this through. Moral is terribly low and there is a huge disconnect between management and the people at the customer level driving the business. This leads to horrible decisions by management because they simply don't care to listen. Compound that with chopping heads in the merger and cutting the pay significantly of every sales person in the company, and they have taken an incredibly challenging situation and left people with little hope and/or wondering if this is even worth it anymore. Upper management is disconnected, middle management lives in fear and cant even be honest with their people about the foolish directives from above, and the folks at the bottom are beating their heads against the wall. More disappointing by the day.

So- as a straight commission seasoned sales rep, the most recent commission plan that mother V rolled out is laughable... Expect to see a salary decrease around 30-40 percent.. Management is so far out of touch on what drives this business.. And that's sales,it is a distribution company after all..there would be an outright revolt if management were asked to take such a large pay cut... If i were you I would not work here and if you own stock I would sell.... the fish rots at the head...........................Run
