      Pros

      I've been with the company close to 2 years now and accepting the offer has proven to have been one of the best career choices I've made. Coworkers are respectful, and we have a great team atmosphere, management is great, and always supportive. The company has great values as well, so there is a nice work/home life balance as well. I'd recommend Veritiv to anyone.

      Cons

      The company is still working things out as they are still a young/new entity, so sometimes it takes awhile to get things in motion. Other than that, it's a great place to work.

      Still a new company trying to find their identity. Could be a good place for someone just entering the workforce.

      Cons

      Very large company. Direction can change at anytime. Decisions are made globally and can be surprising at the next move.
