      Pros

      met some good people. was fun until IP wanted to spin them off. They made extreme changes that affected everyone.

      Cons

      had some tempermental managers. hated the matrix pay scale. constantly looking for ways to reduce salary. As any company, management has their pets and made sure they took care of them.

      The sales position offers a decent work life balance if you can delivery upon your sales objectives. The distribution business model is still a decent way to make a living.

      Cons

      Lack of local leadership to sort out merger issues, more changes pending, lack of compensation parity between merged companies and low overall moral.
