      Pros

      Some of the technology and software available is really good, the actual work I do is enjoyable

      Cons

      Many of us just feel like a number, no room for flexibility in roles and we have to be put in a box for “alignment” and “streamlining. Some roles that should be salary are hourly for such reasoning. Also, the monthly webcasts are somewhat informative but too much corporate lingo is used.

      Pros

      The people I worked with were great. We would all help each other out.

      Cons

      Upper management does not have a clue what the job really involves. They are too caught up with getting more internal things done than really taking care of the customers. The customer personal touch does not exist like it used to. You're just a number. They let senior people go with 2 weeks pay after being with the company 20 to 40 plus years.
