Pros

Benefits is the only pro

Cons

Pay is terrible for the responsibilities you take on, systems constantly crash then you are told to lie to the customer that are systems are updating when they are not, you can never find anyone for help, if you have to call out for the day you have to call a number that have hold times over a hour, departments hang up on you constantly, again takes 30 minutes to find a supervisor for assistance. Good luck to anyone who works there. It’s is mentally and physically draining. Verizon does not care about their employees. Also all the perks we once received have all been taken away. TERRIBLE COMPANY
