Pros

Paid vacation and sick time. Very nice annual STI bonus and competitive 401k package with company matched contributions up to 6%.

Cons

Customer surveys unfairly impact performance stats which creates unnecessary job stress and undermines the business. Also too much favoritism with career progression which is unfair to hardworking employees.
