Pros

Benefits from day one. You can flex up to three hours of your shift in case you need to come in late and make those three hours up on the following day. Town hall meetings which means time off the phone. Employee appreciation day.

Cons

Calls are repetitive. Supervisor aren't as helpful. Retail channels con customers into buying unwanted items which causes irate customers to call in with an attitude. Work days can be very stressful especially when there's no answer or solution for customer's issues.
