Pros

Healthy workload. Reasonable OT only if you are willing to do. Good place to retire if you are ready to ignore all the nonsense.

Cons

Sick culture with bad people management. Career advancement is based on favoritism rather than your capability. People drinking tea all the time are seen better than those hardworking ones. Micromanagement by some managers as well. Company performance is going downwards but the management is still happy with their
