Pros

Great benefits, excellent pay and ability to work from home

Cons

if you like to be silo'ed and are willing to compromise face-time with peers --- this is your job. I like to be in-front of people and actually have a REAL conversation vs. IMing

Pros

The legacy Terremark employees drive to succeed and please customers. The pay is great if you have the qualifications. The benefits are great. (Top notch BCBS health coverage for $19 a pay period!) Management is pro-employee and wants to know what you need in place to do a good job.

Cons

New customer signups are rough to come by for new key clients (250k per month and above MRR) Tech refresh for legacy cloud products aren't happening, causing additional outages that shouldn't have otherwise occurred. A drive to stabilize the delivery and implementation process has been lost, making it a bit stressful to coordinate timelines and deliver on deadlines.

Pros

work with great people, constant change

Cons

continue to ship jobs overseas, consolidating too much hurts customers, changes too agressive
