Flexible remote policy, tuition reimbursement, great health care benefits, good work/family balance, good vacation time, nice work environment, very competitive salary, ability to move around due to locations in other states/cities

Cons

24x7 availability meant interrupted weekends and late nights Seems impossible to advance beyond entry level management without working there for many years,

Great benefits, good management (at least in my case)

Cons

Verizon is huge so it is up to you if you want to take it as a warm blanket job and be a part of the cubicle or keep trying to see if you get to learn more.
