I have been working at Verkada for over 2 years and feel very grateful to have witnessed the company grow from a small office to an urban campus. I joined because I had previously worked with 3 of the co-founders and was inspired by their entrepreneurial spirit having previously founded Course Rank. Filip (our CEO) is a true product visionary who is also incredibly approachable. We have grown significantly but he still presents at orientation and encourages everyone to reach out to him and give feedback on how to make things better at the company. His dedication to make time to get to know new hires and our employee base is truly special. Verkada has designed programs to foster a greater sense of belonging, inclusion and camaraderie (Women at Verkada, Parents at Verkada, Multicultural communities and Pride at Verkada). Regular happy hours, team events and company wide wellness challenges are really motivating for me and other employees. The company’s focus on giving back to the community in which we work, operate and sell is truly inspiring. It makes me realize that my company cares about giving back and helping those in need.

I had an amazing interview experience with Verkada! The entire process was professional, personalized, and seamless. I met with various members of the company and swiftly received feedback at every stage. I did my research before joining and read several LinkedIn and Forbes articles about Verkada; they really are one of the best places to work. Verkada is rapidly growing, so being somewhere that values their employees' input and feedback, especially while growing so quickly, is incredible.
