      Pros

      I actually enjoy going to work everyday and there are a number of factors which cause me to feel this way. Firstly, the culture and work environment is fantastic, inclusive, collaborative and fun. Secondly, the product and company is pioneering an industry and it is exciting to be a part of that journey. Thirdly, I am compensated well, the benefits are beyond what any other company could offer and the little perks here and there just add as the cherry on top.

      Cons

      Cons would be that there is an emphasis to return to office. To be honest though, I love going to the office so for me it's not a huge issue.

      Pros

      Employees from Verkada are some of the coolest people I have ever met. They come from everywhere: Hawaii, Denver, Boston, NYC, Georgia, Chicago, Dallas, Salt Lake, Seattle, etc. You work amongst some of the smartest, hard working, and fun people. The energy in the room is crazy. There is also a lot of opportunity for career growth at an accelerate rate.

      Cons

      You may need a car for the reverse commute, but employees like going to dinner in San Mateo after work hours.
