      Incredible culture and product. You can really change your life as far as earning potential as well as an expedited career promo track. No other place like it in Silicon Valley

      Pros

      -onboarding package: they give you airpods and some tshirts -product does well in the market -you can get a lot of handouts if you're in the inner circle -if you are fresh out of college and want to party with your colleagues and bro out, this isn't a bad move for you

      Cons

      -first time managers constantly micromanaging you: how many calls did you make today, how many opps did you open this week, how many trials did you send -cut throat culture: if you miss 1 quarter and your manager/director doesn't like you, you're fired -extreme nepotism: if you're not in the inner circle or drink the koo-laid and be a slack hero, don't expect to get a good territory or be promoted -frat culture: expect a ton of meatheads banging their chest around the office thinking they know how to sell when the reality is they got in at the company early -expectation to be in the office during covid: this is pretty wild, but still true
