      Pros

      - great compensation - great benefits - great culture - great people - great product - will continue to grow (valued at $1.6 billion after only 3 years) - catered meals and barista + cool perks/spiffs This is a great place to work if you're ready to take the next step in your career. Not only do the people here care about your career development, but they also make an effort to help in any way they can. To point out a few good pros: the pay is great (ranked one of the best in bay area), they have incredible spiffs/perks, opportunities for career progression (lots of promotions), great teamwork + culture (super friendly and driven), and an overall positive organization. If you really want to make an impact somewhere, I highly recommend working at Verkada. You'll definitely be a pioneer to their success and I can't imagine working anywhere else.

      Cons

      We're growing super fast and things tend to change a lot. As a result, there can be a few bumps along the way. Most reviews that are complaining about the organization are people who have come from more established corporations or probably weren't ready for the hustle. We definitely have things to work on, but I'm happy to see management taking steps to improve them.

      Forbes and LinkedIn were right- Verkada really is one of the best places to work. Being in an organization that is intentional with what they do, what they say, and how they treat their employees are exactly what I was looking for when I was looking for a job. Verkada is rapidly growing, so being somewhere that values their employees' input and feedback especially while they grow so quickly, is incredible. The culture exudes hard work and encouragement, not to mention the fast promotion tracks that knock our competitors out of the park.
