Pros
Great salary, and cool product. What they're doing as a business is really awesom.
Cons
Nothing really to say that is terrible, recruiters here are basically agency recruiters that work internally. Your job is to take orders and if you get stuck on a bummer team to support it's hard to look good to leadership. Some recruiters get good hiring managers and good teams and therefore look much more successful than their peers. They inflate the winners and don't switch things up to offer an equally playing field. It's either you get put on a team that is set up for success or your get on a team that has little to no hiring and you turn out a million candidates to find one. I'm a bit bias as I was laid off, but there were a lot of promises for growth when I joined but I worked on the same roles for 11 months and constantly hit roadblocks bc of poor headcount planning and roles on my team getting cut constantly, which was a big hindrance on my ability to succeed.
