Cons
**Cons listed on our glass door page are very typical of every single sales culture (focus on quota). Verkada has aggressive growth targets and if you don't understand that or think you're going to make a lot of money just by twiddling your thumbs, you're very very wrong. If you come in and follow the playbook, the upside opportunity is phenomenal. If you come in and don't give it everything you have, there's a good chance that Verkada isn't the right fit for you. This is a start-up and we hire reps to hit quota (allowing ample time to ramp up), that's literally what you're being hired for. (This is also why our hiring bar is so high) Every company has growing pains - Verkada has done all and everything to create a really positive environment and they have done a really great job of cleaning up the mistakes of a few bad hires (that happened years and years ago when Verkada didn't have the resources they have today).
