      Pros

      Great product. High earning potential with the right set of accounts. Marketing does a great job with creating content.

      Cons

      Overall lack of strategic direction from leadership. All segments treated the same and simply should not be. What works in one doesn’t work in another. This goes for comp plans, metrics, how we go to market. Channel is a big challenge. Has to be a major focus to build brand reputation and mind share. Having no 401K match is a big miss for obtaining and retaining experience talent.
