- Fast pace and exciting culture - legitimate path to IPO - awesome at-work benefits like free lunch and weekly expensed dinners - highly collaborative and management that wants to develop their reps - great co-workers that support each other - challenges you to better and rewards high performers

Cons

- high quotas that are achievable, but not consistently - many changes and growth pains that can be very frustrating - flexible with unlimited PTO, but otherwise must be in the office every day from 8 am to 4 pm - office culture is fun, but can also be distracting
