The product is a need to have, not a niche use case software with a small TAM. You're selling physical security, pretty straightforward. No customer success team, upsell and cross sell revenue goes to me and my reps. I have the power to interview and hire my own team. Sales enablement is priority. The offices are fun.

Cons

It's a grind. If you want an account management based, remote role, go answer phones at a legacy tech giant where you're one of a million. In office, but I like being around my team.
