Stressful, but nice colleagues

Pros

I did not meet anyone here who I had difficulty working with and I really liked most of my colleagues here. They train you very in-depth on transactional selling and push you very hard to improve. You will get really good at cold calling here if that's something you're looking for. Good opportunity to make money if you get promoted.

Cons

Basically you get paid very little to call down a list of numbers. At present time (Q3, 2022) their email deliverability is so bad it's hard to cold email. The associates also are actively discouraged from prospecting on LinkedIn and running outreach campaigns. That being said, if you are good at cold calling don't be put off by this because you will do well here. Also, territory splits seem to be done very unevenly from the SDR/ Associate point of view where multiple people where calling down my territory lists.
