Run, this place is going downhill fast.

There are a lot of great people who work here.

Cons

The company was recently purchased by an investment firm and was merged with a former competitor. This resulted in lots of layoffs and folks feeling like nothing and no one was safe. Rumor is company is for sale again and that SA location will be closed if not others as well. Company morale is lower than low. PTO keeps getting cut year over year. Senior management expectations are not realistic or attainable. Work/Life balance doesn't exist. Expected to work 60 plus hours a week including middle of the night and weekends.

- Some very hard working people who care - Remote/WFH - Free vision insurance - The new CEO seems promising and has a lot of experience. Things just aren’t moving fast.

Cons

- Leadership doesn’t seem to have a solid direction that everyone is working towards. - Lots of redundancy and executives sitting in meetings adding little to no value. There’s also a lot of very childish behavior at the VP and above level that you wouldn’t see at a larger shop. - Slow to make decisions and address concerns. - Benefits are just good to okay, but there are definitely better places. - No bonuses. For some reason only directors and above get bonuses and the rest of us don’t have much incentive to stay. We lose a lot of great people.
