Pros

Pay is good, hard to think of much else.

Cons

IT management is a mess. No direction, incredibly toxic leader. Actively works to keep team in fear of losing their jobs. Completely unprofessional to those below in the org. Management is too busy managing up to pay any attention to the good resources working for them. Quick to fire contributing team members when feedback is offered.

Pros

Good security team well led with highly competent and dedicated professionals

Cons

program is micro-managed by multiple executives who have no understanding of cybersecurity program maturation, and no commitment to long term retention and development of talent. Budget is ad-hoc and is below industry standards.
