Invasive

Pros

Nothing. Just feels like a regular invasive corporation that overlooks the people at the bottom that really help the machine keep functioning properly.

Cons

Only recognizes very few holidays. Said it was going to be “operating in the background” but is raising prices crazy high. The demand for continuous growth is absurd and unsustainable. The stock market is never always going up so why can’t they be satisfied with some of their hospitals having bad months?

Poor Upper Management

Pros

None. Nothing has been positive under Vetcor.

Cons

No real raises, understaffed, poor management in their positions longer than they should have been, don’t listen or support their employees. Just completely ruined one of their Utah clinics with no back up plan for those left at the clinic. Feeling overworked, underpaid and undervalued. They don’t take care of their people at all.
