      Pros

      - Great culture! Everyone is at least genuinely kind, caring and respectful - Work life balance is taken very seriously - Fully remote and can work from anywhere (mostly following EST hours) - 2 company retreats/ year

      Cons

      - Lack of daily social interactions - being fully remote, you have to be a bit more proactive for social interactions. There are the company retreats and virtual social events at both the org and company level, but day-to-day might be lacking unless sought out
