Vetcove is wonderful to work for because our product is fantastic, our users absolutely love us, and it is easy to believe in the work you're doing here because you can see the impact. That being said, the shining star of Vetcove is the team itself. Everyone on the team is intelligent, hardworking, and unbelievably kind. On the day to day, the team is extremely collaborative and supportive. New hires often ask me when the other shoe is going to drop because everyone is so wonderful to work with and I love being able to tell them truthfully that it never does! Our leadership has truly cracked the code on hiring a cohesive, welcoming, and high-performing team. If you're willing to work hard, have an open mind, and want to be part of a company that is truly disrupting an industry, Vetcove is the perfect place to work.

The team is really lean, which means many of us wear a lot of hats by necessity, but we're rapidly expanding!
