Pros
Leadership has built a tremendous culture and has done an excellent job of hiring incredibly kind, ambitious, and intelligent people. It's truly enjoyable to show up to work each day. The work is stimulating and rewarding - hearing all the positive feedback from veterinary clinics cements the impact we're having and makes you feel good about the work you're doing. There's a very clear vision for the growth of the company with lots of new and exciting developments on the horizon. Leadership does an excellent job bringing a remote workforce together twice a year through well organized and fun retreats. The ego-less nature of the company promotes personal growth and development - everyone is always willing and eager to help each other out, and tapping into my colleague's wealth of knowledge has accelerated my growth tremendously. There's an excellent work life balance, and they provide flexibility to accommodate the geographically spread out nature of their employees. There are tons of opportunities for promotion in a quickly growing company. Compensation and benefits are top notch. I look forward to doing my job with wonderful people on a daily basis - it's the best!
