I have worked for VSS for a little over 2 years now and it has worked out great for my lifestyle while I created my own company. Relief life is what I need in order to make things work and to keep my vet tech skills up to date. I love the flexibility and the ease of picking up shifts. I have absolutely loved working with my account manager who is now the over all staff supervisor (due to the change in the company). She is fabulous and easy to communicate with. If I have a question, she gets back to me quickly and if she needs to research it she lets me know. I have no complaints with how my employment has gone with this company. I am excited for the years to come.

I have been a CVT for over 15 years and am super burned out, but VSS makes it possible for me to continue working in this awful industry by making things tolerable. I work when I want to work, and am not expected to continue to pick up shifts at clinics that I do not enjoy. My manager, Jessie, has also been super great. She is always there when I need her, always has my back, and willing to call me out when I'm getting out of line. In my opinion that is what makes a great manager. She is also a super experienced technician which makes it easier to talk to her about any issues I may be experiencing. Managers like her are difficult to find in this industry and I hope she never leaves!!!
