Competitive pay for the industry Literally make your own schedule More than enough shifts to choose from at a wide variety of hospitals

Cons

The scheduling software is a little slow so it takes a lot of time to view available shifts.

Pros

Flexible schedule, Account managers easy to work with, Variety of hospitals to choose from, certain benefits/perks available to even part time employees, company cares about their employees (feel they have gone above and beyond during the COVID-19 crisis).

Cons

Sometimes you have to consent to a long commute in order to work/find a shift to get your hours, starting pay can be a bit low for an experienced technician to start out at

Not many, can travel as much as you want for a job.
