Pouring, the organization is stuck in their ways and will not adjust to grow and remain competitive in the industry. Slowly dying corporation.

Cons

Layoffs are handled abruptly and without clear explanation, which damages trust and morale. Accountability is inconsistent, especially across remote teams, placing unnecessary strain on high performers.
