Pros

People you work with are great. The stories that you hear from the residents are priceless this is the best part of working at Vi.

Cons

Compensation The yearly merit pay is around 3% they do not reward those employees that excel and go above and beyond to help other coworkers and the residents. It makes those who put out the extra effort question why do I do this if I wont be rewarded.

I recently started with Vi as a part time second job. I can not say enough great things from the members to other associates to management everyone has been warm friendly welcoming and helpful! From day one I felt like I belonged here 🙂
