Pros

Empowers employees, great atmosphere, great sense of pride and trust. Management assists with promotions if you show initative and drive. Alot of promoting from within.

Cons

Takes time to get hired, recognitions areally a slow process written then to hr then to Ed then back to hr then to manager could be a month or more before you see them.

Horrible Upper Management. Discriminatory practices towards blacks, Hispanics, & minorities, However.. "they do everything technically legally by the books". High level of turnover on Management level position, lack of leadership and support from headquarter.

Cons

None. Fair to normal benefits.
