1. Cutting edge technology. 2. Great team. 3. Very focused upper management. 4. Room to grow and learn a lot. 5. Good benefits, flex hours, and work from home facility. 6. Encourage to experiment and take ownership. 7. Strong retention policy.

Cons

1. Long and after hour work sometimes. 2. Too many things and not enough people to work.

Pros

Flexible, decent medical and dental benefits, paid time off, my immediate co-workers were awesome people...

Cons

The company was a great company before it was bought out by investors. The investment company and the associtated President and VPs cared more about how much money they could put in their pockets to buy themselves 2 more houses, another butler, a bigger yacht, etc...Took away 401k match, spotty raises, no promotions unless you are VP level, when people leave they don't replace the position but just give all the work to other people. They took away all employee perks such as Christmas parties, yearly bonuses, company lunches, paid less towards medical benefits so the employee had to pay more..I could go on.

They gave me a large severance package and allowed me to collect unemployment for a year after termination.

Cons

They changed everything in the company and outsourced to Mexico for customer service.
