Pros

Offers paid management training program. Store associates and management are generally very nice and easy and fun to work with. "Gratis" or free or reduced price merchandise are excellent perk.

Cons

After a 20 year professional career in PR, advertising, etc., I cannot believe how much VS expects of its employees for $7.47 an hour!!! You are forced to stay several hours past your shift at times to clean after closing and/or complete floor sets. Management is selfish; they care only about reaching their sales goals each segment at all costs and will hound employees to be pushy to get this done. Many of their sales policies would make me run quickly if I were a customer.

Pros

30% discount of full price items, two gratis bras a year, sample size beauty gratis, seasonal discount for online and catalog, first look at sale merch for SAS, can be really fun at times.

Cons

Poor management, horrible hours, the corporate aspect of the company didnt seem to care about associates, sales driven more than anything.

Pros

Fun working environment, amazing products! Wonderful co-workers and state of the art technology.

Cons

I offer six day availability and am scheduled for one four hour shift and three on calls shifts meaning I have to set aside four days to most likely work one. Pay isn't performance based. Doing a great job and exceeding expectations is rewarded with a high five. Stores are over staffed to compensate for high turnover rates. It is assumed employees steal from the company so their belongings are searched daily.
