Pros

The best thing about working for the company is the people you work with, and gaining customer service skills. It is a great opportunity to earn how to engage with other people, gain people skills, and interact with different types of individuals, mainly women, but sometimes men.

Cons

Management is hardly ever steady, so the stores have its ups and downs, a lot of transitioning, and it seems difficult to develop. Expectations for associates are set high, especially for fitting room associates, with the lack of sales floor coverage payroll is allotted. The illusion of the opportunity to move up within the company seems almost as if they congratulate you and recognize you so you will stay with the company as long as possible, because the more knowledge one has about the company and its products, the better they are at selling their products.

Pros

-discounts -good resume builder -always some funny stories to tell at the end of the day

Cons

-many unqualified people in leadership roles -horrible hours -always understaffed and overworked during floorsets -employees would group in their close knit circles -obvious favoritism -lazy supervisors who would lead from the office through the headsets never to be seen on the sales floor
