      I had a horrible experience and would never allow a friend or family member to work there.

      Pros

      Gratis on bras, great friendships can be made with co-workers (as long as not managers), good products to back

      Cons

      Store manager was a horrible leader and constantly show favoritism. Had personal experience of having SM tell me I didn't mean anything to the company and I was no one special. I think a SM should never speak to an associate that way. The store moral was miserable and no one felt secure in their position or number of hours. The level of work and standards that are expected of associates don't match the pay in which is received.

      Terrific benefits package good 401K plan were well treated if you were a "favorite" good training opportunities for mid level management good employee discount

      Cons

      had to work hard to have upper level management recognize team members a distinct line between the "cool" managers and "uncool" - very juvenile management culture employees were belittled behind closed doors assumptions were made about peoples' worth and work volume based on arbitrary numbers ideas funneled up to upper level management were not considered until they "became" the manager's or director's ideas many of the managers/supervisors were under educated. Some lied on their resumes to get positions and "favorites" were often played for promotions Some upper level management members were extremely egotistical

      - ok discounts -some free stuff -visually appealing work environment -lenient dress code (though you have to wear all black)

      Cons

      -management wasnt on the same page -did not care about your personal life -turn over is high -fake environment -they take themselves way too seriously -only got discounts on full priced merchandise
