Pros
I worked under a really great store manager during my time at Victoria's Secret which made all the difference between the job being just another mindless sales associate role in just another mall. She was great to work under and inspired us instead of cajoled us into meeting and exceeding our personal and store targets. Definitely the best time I have spent in retail.
Cons
The pay was a bit lower than other retail operations I had worked for though all the managers at my location were very understanding about time off and scheduling conflicts which was much appreciated.
