Pros

Very smart people work here, very collaborative (two sides of the same coin), great pay, great benefits

Cons

Leadership seems to have no strategy - or they are not transparent enough about in order for it to filter down through the entire org. The collaborative culture leads to too many hands in the cookie jar and a lot of chaos as well as competing opinions. Leadership is seemingly always shifting their direction which makes it hard to create any kind of consistent cadence to all processes

Pros

TONS of pto, 152 hours per year VTO opportunities Employee discount is 40% Environment is amazing and uplifting Pay is decent Raises each year

Cons

What can I say? They value money over the associates, after being told FOR YEARS that we matter. They are now laying us ALL off (thousands of people) to cut costs and they are outsourcing our jobs to people in India and the Philippines. You are not valued. You are not important to them. You are just a number and apparently that number was too high for them so they decided to give our jobs to people in another country so they could get away with paying them sh**.
