Pros

You meet some great people

Cons

Little payroll and labor to support operations and the customer experience. Expect to be the only person on the sales floor as your only other employee will be behind the register the entirety of their shift Micromanaging DSMs who are not in the field that do not uphold values but lead with fear and bullying.

Pros

Cool co workers I’ve made a lot of friends , they play good music in the store, you work in a mall so that’s nice having the food court/shops..

Cons

Underpaid, overworked, no bonus or commission yet expected to sell like in a highly competitive environment, the air conditioning is broken in every single store I’ve ever worked/helped at, rude and entitled customers, forced to look at/touch women naked in the fitting room against your will, extreme pressure to sell/open credit cards with no incentive or bonus for doing so, short staffed at all times so you are running multiple areas of the store at once, customers who linger around past closing and you are not allowed to tell them to leave even 30 minutes after closing, ridiculous return policy that makes it very difficult to please the customer, extreme shoplifting problem, floorsets include extreme physical labor moving hundreds of pounds of furniture overnight/early mornings while the air conditioning is OFF, failed bogus shams about “inclusion” and “diversity”, shipment sometimes comes in with the product molding/ soaking wet… no gratis or free bras anymore, a measly mini fridge that barely worked in the break room for everyone to store their lunch in it, constant plumbing issues within the store there was once sewage water leaking into the store from the ceiling and I got written up for refusing to work that day, you get scheduled outside of your availability or called on your days off, if you have a genuine emergency or sickness you’re made to feel guilty for calling out because the store runs on two coverage at all times so if you wake up with a fever you have to feel bad for leaving your manager alone to run the entire store by themselves. They no longer do a yearly raise the company has been on a “pay increase freeze” since Covid… This place is a disgrace of a company, employer , store, and all of the above. I do not advise anyone on earth to work or shop at Victoria’s Secret under any circumstances.. they do not care about you the customer or the employees.

Pros

The product is amazing . I will always be in love with it! The pay is also decent.

Cons

The higher you go on the ladder the more you will get disgusted! No work life balance and no Loyalty! These people only care about their own selves and will turn on you in a second. They always make promises they can't fulfill and give you no work life balance with an absolutely unattainable work load.
