Super Poor management. Company allowing the managers treated associates like nothing, talking down to associates, have no respect to associates. Among managers sitting around in the office talking about associates personal life instead of teaching and working with associates on the selling floor. Employees complained to HR but no one did anything at all. HR or DM disclose the associate's names. Those people will be treated worst by those managers. Such as cutting hours, delay their breaks or meals etc.. Victoria Secret was the worst company I even worked for.

Higher management (store managers) were very lazy, spent most of the time in the office doing nothing but gossiping about the associates and spending hours doing a schedule. They did not train associates or management coming in. Very poor communication. Even though they had an office day every week to get operational work done, they never seemed to get anything and would use the rest if the week to be in back doing “operational/office” work. They were never on the floor to coach and observe associate in order to help them where needed.
