Pros

They bring you food, sometimes. Somewhat friendly atmosphere

Cons

You don’t just work where they tell you when they hire you. Your hours are so inconsistent Holiday is literally the worst If the store isn’t clean by the time you’re supposed to leave, you have to stay until it’s clean They don’t tell you if you have to stay on your on call until an hour or less before you get off If you’re sick they still expect you to come in. No matter what.

Pros

Empowering women everyday to feel beautiful and love their bodies. Pay and discount great!

Cons

Not diverse as they appear to be. Everything is in a grey area so lots of confusion for customers and associates. Extremely high turnover on all levels. Company does not carry bras or panties for all or even a majority of woman.

Pros

•Discounts are good. •Monthly perks are helpful.

Cons

•Extremely racist company - if you are dark skinned and actually manage to get a position here it’s only because they need to put up a temporary front. The manager told me “ALL blacks are thief's and need to be watched at all times.” •High sales goals for basic pay with no benefits. •They put you at part-time with full time hours so they don’t have to offer benefits. •HR will not support you or investigate harassment cases, they protect management regardless of the situation. •HORRIBLE policy management. •Time and attendance policy gives NO room for real life situations, verified illnesses, Family crises and emergencies. UNLESS you are management, they do what they want regardless. •”Strict policy against retaliation” is never enforced. •If your are not one of the top sales performer they give you bare minimum hours. •The time I was employed there I was the stores top sales performer, there was no benefits or pay raise at all. They do not appreciate their sales reps.
