Pros

The company culture is good, there are incentives and also monthly gratis, meaning to say you can try out new items for the month for a low cost.

Cons

- Management is trash... why? - They play favorites. -Hours are only really available during holidays -There's a CAP on commissions and they kept lowering the % every year. -The management doesn't know how to take care of it's employees. -More people leave this place than stay. -The management sit and CSL from the back office and watch netflix, then takes it out on employees when they are negative for the day. -IF YOU HAVE A COMPLAIN AND YOU CALL HR, THEY NEVER AND I MEAN NEVER DO ANYTHING ABOUT IT.

Pros

Give aways during seasonal periods

Cons

They tend to work seasonal associates harder and treat them very different than permanent employees. The girls who work there already are pretty rude.
