Pros

Working at Victoria's Secret is almost every young female's dream. The store offers many perks and sells a variety of upscale lingerie and clothing. Every month, there is a "GRATIS" offer that allows you to receive either a free lingerie item, a discounted lingerie item, beauty gifts, or other offers as it relates to a new promotion item. All part time employees receive a 30% off discount on regular purchases and can be used online. Overall, the benefits aren't bad.

Cons

Constantly having to sell Angel credit cards to customers can be a hassle and annoying. Many VS employees are teenaged girls still in high school who barely know how credit cards work, yet alone sell them to customers. I do not like that we have to upsell the store credit cards to fill a quota for the company because in actuality, the store credit cards are not the greatest with a 26% APR. The company should not force employees to upsell these cards all the time nor penalize them for not meeting a daily goal.

- you always have something to do. -coworkers at our location are so sweet and nice. Making it enjoyable to work for VS/PINK. - Management has been really good so far and helpful. They really train you properly which gives you confidence while working with customers. - GRATIS! Yes, we receive free items every month. This is a privilege that I am very thankful for. We learn about the products we sell and we get our own to take home and review for ourselves. This alone has helped me sell bras, lotion, face mask, and ect. with honest reviews. - I will never see Victoria Secret as just another “store” ever again. There is so much thought, time, and work put into not only the store but the brand! I will always appreciate the folded panties in the drawers and organization because I know how long it takes to do it all and how much work is put into it. -Working for Victoria secret is life changing (in a good way). When you get home from your first day of work I guarantee every last person will go home and fold/color coordinate their panties, bras, and apparel. Before working at VS/PINK I worked at other retail stores. Let me tell you VS/PINK is on a whole nother level! We make sure our customers are confident and happy when they walk out our store.

- You will spend your whole check at VS/PINK! They just have so many cute things you can’t resist
