      Pros

      A Wireless looks for great talent and utilizes that talent to help create a great work experience and a culture that promotes winning. I have had the experience of starting with the company as a store leader and working my way up to a Regional leader. That proves to me that the company believes in talented hard working individuals who believe in winning and that they promote from within.

      Cons

      I will not say it is a CON because the gap is continuing to shorten every day with A wireless, but the company must continue to keep a balance between HQ and the field. When both are on the same page, better results across the board are seen. It is actually great to see a CEO and HQ staff even attempt to bridge this gap.

      Horrible Experience

      Pros

      Job location was close to my home so I was familiar with the area and the clientele. The staff in the store was great. everyone was friendly and was eager to sell.

      Cons

      Upper management was horrible. The owner of the company did a "surprise" visit and would barely speak to me. He was more interested in speaking to only the male members of the staff. There was no real structure or sense of reliability. During my time with the company (1year) I had 4 District Managers.
